Cook it Up A to Z is founded by the Mother/Daughter duo, Shena and Ayana Ramnarine. With mom paving the way as a Veteran, Entrepreneur and former Diplomat, her travels and experiences have made her journey quite unique. Coupled with her daughter's creativity, curiosity and child-like perspective, this mix allows for a blend of two worlds, expressed in the stories. The books bring together our travels and food adventures with a bit of fun, joy, laughter, culture and most importantly - family.
